Shadow Shot Sunday

I have been gone from this blog for awhile! Harriet's Shadow Shot Sunday is just the incentive I needed to get things rolling again.

In winter, I wake up every morning to windows decorated with condensation. These windows face south, so by mid-afternoon, the windows are usually completly dry from the sun.

Sputnik, my cat, enjoys her alternate water dish!

What is it with cats and water from everywhere but their water dish?

How cute is that...well you know, it's Sputnic's house anyway, you are just the caretaker and chef...

Cool shadows, however minute.

How clever of you to train Sputnik to clean your windows. Do you hire him out?

Tiny shadows but a fascinating perspective on the art of droplets of water! Love Sputnik's contribution to the landscape!

What a nice way to look at a wet window rather than as a nuisance. Sputnik seems to agree. Cute shot.

Lovely photo; I can't even imagine the windows in our house ever having condensation! Very pretty.

Such pretty water droplets & tiny shadows. Lovely! Sputnik (great name btw!) is a star! What a beautiful photo! I love the splash of bright pink tongue in the middle of the image...and those long whiskers. Very sweet :)
That's funny! I love the way the rivlets of water looks kind of like alligator skin. Cool shot!!
Hello Juana!! We always love water shots...and how kind of Sputnik to be cleaning it off for you!
Have a great week!

You guys have really left some wonderful comments! Thank you! It is funny how cats seem to think the water is fresher elsewhere than what's in the dish (even though I change the water twice a day).
What a great shot of the cat..I laughed out loud when I saw it..They are so cute..Your pictures are wonderful..Happy SSS..
Glad your back..

gotta love animals. it often seems like it doesn't make them one bit of difference where they get their sustenance. :-)

You could enter that cat picture in a contest and you'd be the winner. That is one cool picture!

Happy SSS!

Married Shadows

My husband and I haven't had a T.V. for the last 15 years, maybe more, so we often go to see movies at the Cinema. The last couple of ones that I've enjoyed have been Transformers II and Terminator IV. Two more of my favorites are Slumdog Millionare and Milk. These latter two were well done movies from all angles (acting, script, cinematography). This is us after an afternoon at the movies and eating out. We had just come from Starbucks and were heading to the train station. For more shadow shots and to learn how to join this Meme, please visit Hey Harriet's blog .
