butterfly or moth, Koi, pond
On Sunday, we took the ferry and crossed over to Seattle to visit the space needle. From there we visited the tropical butterfly house at the Pacific Science Center. The wings are such a beautiful, iridescent blue. I am not sure if this is a butterfly or a moth:)

Time just slows down when I watch these flutter by.

joining SNAP IT for the "water" prompt.

That is stunning! I love butterflies, I could watch them flutter by for hours! But if a moth came my way, I would run the other way! They terrify me!

Spectacular...look at those shimmering almost peacock-blue wings... I would love to be that blue for a day. :o) This image is just dazzling, Juana... What a special moment to see this wonderful creature. As you know from my video, I have a thing for butterflies. ;o) I used not to like moths--you know those place, uncolorful ones, but I appreciate them more. They may not be a glamorous-looking as butterflies but they are relative! We're off to Vienna for a few days. See you back in blogland soon! Happy Days ((HUGS))

Hi Juana, I can really relate when you were studying and said "How can anyone be creative with all these restrictions?" This is how I felt too, like punching inside a bag. I studied Chinese watercolour and calligraphy and also watercolour ( spelling is cause I am Australian ) Currently not painting but blogging and photographing. When I see your site I think I might pick up a paint brush again.
